Was right where everyone said it would be, stealth in the bush I didn't need to flare with my , could see with out it. Duskwood, Ravens Hill cords are 23 - 39 in the bush right by the wall. You can hear stealth sound if you are by wall next to the bush.

You don't need to flare and you don't need to sit and wait in each bush. You can actually move pretty quickly past it. Good luck all. I also found him in addels stead so he dose spawn any bush with the yellow glowing eyes. Seems to be a favorite sawn point is in the middle of the cemetery and along the roads so I've heard.

So lets chalk it up to the following: Hours spawn rate, but no greater then 8 hours max. He didn't appear when I walked into the bush but I heard the stealth noise and used a flare and then voila! I camped for about 6 hours before it spawned. I kept checking the way points everyone has given for it's spawns and I used NPC scan. You'll have to put in it's ID number yourself but it DID find Lightning Paw in stealth although I did have to get close enough to detect hidden creatures.

I have a theory that he does not spawn in every bush with eyes. Reading through forums, there are 5 spots that people keep listing and those are the only bushes I camped.

I did use NPC scan but it did not go off until I targeted him. I found mine at I landed in bush, tabbed out for a minute to read forums to see if there was anything new, tabbed back in and pressed my macro and there he was I would have never knew if I didn't target him because nothing went off and no stealth noise.

It seems like Lightning Paw is spawning in sections counter clockwise. Around midnight I got tired so I got off. Getting on around 9 am PST, the last confirmed spawn was in the graveyard area, then around the spawn came from the bottom left corner of Raven Hill cemetery and so a bit more of camping at Adel's Stead, someone got lucky and tamed Lightning Paw there around pm PST.

I am also on the Lightbringer-US server Will keep this updated if he ends up spawning on the roads next the bottom right section. Keep your eyes peeled for this pattern. From Tuesday to then I heard about the 5 spawn point theory so I tested it out yesterday.

I had manually entered the code in NPC scan that was posted earlier and it did go off once he was targeted.

Don't think his dot was showing on the mini map with show hidden either until then but it happened so fast I could be wrong on that one.

As a couple of others have mentioned, I had to pretty much walk right into the bush to find the pet, so flying around likely won't work and NPCscan didn't fire off until I heard the stealth sound so you have to get right in there. I also have a tar macro made to target him once he popped stealth and he popped up a few seconds after I ran through the bush.

Just be alert and I would suggest ground mounts as you might fly through a bush and have someone else get the tag to tame if your not quick enough. Also, make sure your sound effects are turned all the way up so you can hear the stealth sound that it makes.

I heard this before NPC scan alerted me. I know a lot of us have been stressed out and tired and even a little bit disgusted with the attitudes of some of our fellow hunters, both from the same faction and otherwise.

I want to send out a HUGE shoutout to Zoeyd-Thrall server, who saw that I was in the middle of taming, did NOT interrupt or try to interfere in any way, and even clapped and congratulated me after my tame was complete. So, Zoeyd-Thrall, thank you so much! I wish you all luck on your taming adventures!

Just remember to be kind and patient with one another, you WILL get your tames! It took me a total of 4 days and countless hours before I finally got it.

I LOVE that they used the nicer looking kind of transparency effect. I'm so tired of the "I can see your teeth and eyes thru your own butt" effect that basically ruins all the other transparent spirit beasts for me. So, so much better looking. Comment by BioXiM I have been camping this guy for about hours a day with a bunch of people and so far here is the timer information and spawn points I can provide. All 6 of these points have multiple claims from people across Wowhead of spawns as well. I do not believe that every bush with blinking eyes can be a spawn. In fact, I think a good majority of them he cannot spawn in but rather he only spawns in the current ones discovered due to most rare spawns have limited spawn points and with so many people devoting to finding him, we would be hearing a lot more frequent responses on new points.

Spawning Pattern: Some people seem to believe he spawns in a clockwise rotation and have all sorts of theories. Timer Info: While I have heard rumours of as little as hours and as much as 12 hours, he has VERY consistently spawned between the hour markers. That being said he did spawn twice for us at around 4 hours as well.

My personal thoughts on this and experience so far leads me to believe he is on a hour spawn timer. Some people say NPC alarm won't go off until you target him, some say it will when he spawns. However, I have not personally had the opportunity to test this myself. You really don't need flare but it certainly won't hurt.

Use Track Hidden and watch your mini-map, turn on background sound enabled. You will hear his stealth sound when he spawns if you are close enough. Make sure to dismiss pet. Easy to tame, non-aggressive and scales with level.

All of this data has been gathered on Darkspear US with merged realms included working in unison with both factions through real ID. Closing Statement: Please be courteous to other hunters who are first to a brush, even on the alternate faction. There has been a lot of people griefing others, even in the same faction and threatening to kill it if it spawns if the player doesn't move.

Doing this only damages your own chance at getting him in the long run and makes you out to be the jerk.
