I took another taxi to the D and V waited 90 minutes to be told "there was no such stamp". Alice at the D and V tried unsuccessfully for 20 minutes to reach the car rental location. Ring but not answer. On the way back to Thrifty's I called central reservations and they told me I was approved; however, William at the Thrifty's counter said NO!

Reviewed Apr 30 Pros: The desk clerk worked quickly and was nice. The drop-off was also quick and easy. Cons: The Ford Fiesta I had with 29k miles sounded like it was about ready to fall apart. The engine had a serious vibration and made sounds that made me concerned that it might stop running. First I went to Terminal B to the garage to pick-up the car like I have previously. When I arrive, then a small sign at the booth says to go to Terminal A garage, so I go there and no one is there.

So I finally find my way to the Terminal A counter. The desk clerk mentioned that many people have the same issue and said that the airport hasn't bothered to help with any signage. Reviewed Sep 8 Pros: The staff was nice, but were clearly forced to defend ridiculous company policies. Cons: This rental service is a scam. You put in your Terms and Agreements that all rentals are final, no cancellations, transfers, or flexibility of any kind. You neglect to put this on the page where the user agrees to the rental, given that the Terms and Agreements are an external link, and know very well that most people do not read them, given that most people sign hundreds of such agreements per year and they almost always are comprised of inconsequential legal agreements.

This company maintains this policy even in a pandemic when travel plans are likely to change and people are in tighter financial situations. Yall know you make a killing off of rentals that are never used because of this and likely receive tons of complaints about it, so I have no problem calling this a scam and assuring I won't be using this company again.
