How do i link gamertag to bungie

The reason I can't edit the original post is because I no longer have access to that Bungie. I want to get my old service records to transfer over to my new bungie. I switched the WID to the new e-mail address I use now and it successfully transfered Shredderman's service record over.

However, I also changed the gamertag of my character to "Swords". The service record still belongs to gamertag "Shredderman" when you search it on here, and no data appears under "Swords".
